2022 Wreath Sale

Once again RHA is offering the Christmas Wreath sales program.  This is a great way to help raise money to defray your cost and help the Association raise some money also.  For each item your hockey player sells, they will receive $9.00 towards next hockey season fees.  We are adding a NEW option this year for friends and family that may live out of town, or prefer contactless delivery! They can order and have the item shipped directly to them and the player will receive $5 towards next hockey season per order.

Listed below are the items we will be selling this year and the prices.  Sell the wreath items to family, friends, businesses, neighbors and anyone else with the Christmas spirit and a willingness to support our youth hockey program.   Color brochures will be available at the rink for your hockey player to pick up if desired. 

Collect the money as you sell.  All money must be turned in with your order. No exceptions.  Checks may be made out to RHA.  Be sure to get the customer’s name, address and phone number on the Order Form, as well as the quantity and price of items purchased.   Inform customers that wreath delivery will be the week before Thanksgiving and you will be delivering the items.

Please complete your sales and bring them to the Thunderdome. We will be accepting completed orders and payments on October 26th (Wednesday) and 27th (Thursday) from 5:30-7:30 pm.  Be sure to make a copy of the Order Form for your own use.  We must have these turned in by this date so the Association can place the order.   We expect delivery to be sometime between November 21st-23rd and will begin handing out the orders as soon as the truck is unloaded.  Please, pick up your orders promptly and deliver to your customers ASAP to make sure the wreaths are fresh for them. 

Friends and Family Ordering

You can now order multiple items on the same order and have them shipped to different locations. When you have selected your purchases and are ready to proceed, you will be presented with an option to add (destination) shipping addresses.

How to access ‘Friends and Family’

  1. Go to   www.evergreenindustries.com
  2. On the green ribbon at the top go to Products and Costs
  3. In the dropdown menu you will click Friends and Family
  4. it will ask for a customer code RUSHMR, will need to be typed in there
  5. Shop
  6. Just before checkout it will ask for a Beneficiary (salesperson name will go there).
  7. Credit card information will be placed
  8. Then submit
  9. Evergreen Industries will ship end of Nov- early Dec

*Larger individual 6 loop velvet bow is great to sell to go along with the garlands. No credit to player for this sale, but this is a nice feature to offer customers.
