Rushmore Hockey Association Volunteer Policy
Beginning in the 2011-2012 season, RHA will implement a new policy for tracking volunteer hours. Volunteers are critical to the on-going success of the organization and it is our hope that parents feel comfortable sharing their time and energy for the organization.
As our numbers grow, we've seen the percentage of volunteers to skaters drop when in fact it requires more volunteers to keep up with our growing numbers! The policy is not meant to be a punishment, but rather a means to continued growth for RHA. We think you'll find it easy to get your family's point requirements completed.
