Users Guide
Basic Timeline of Orders:
- Family orders placed and paid for by 5pm on Sunday will be approved for shipping. (If the whole organization's order is not large enough to justify shipping cost, we will wait and families will be notified of delay.)
- Orders are usually shipped by Tuesday and delivered by Thursday of that week. Families will be notified that cards have been received and of the pickup location.
- Player Accounts will be updated at the end of the month.
