Mandatory Fundraising/Facility Fee:
Each skater is required to pre-pay for the facility improvement and maintenance fundraising. The skater will receive that amount of season passes or raffle tickets which can be sold and the money kept.
Individual Fundraising
Wreath Fundraiser:Each year, RHA offers a Holiday Wreath fundraiser. This year the sale is due October 21, 2011 to Theresa Ferdinand. $9.00 from every sale will go into the skater's account.Slapshot Scrip:Rushmore Hockey has joined the Great Lakes Scrip Center for purchasing gift cards from hundreds of retailers for face value and retailers refund the organization a percentage of that purchase. In some cases it's up to 15%! The organization will then return 80% of that refund to your player's account and 20% will go into the RHA general fund. In September 2010, a team fundraising committee and policy was implemented. Please refer to the attached approval form and policy for information pertaining to raising funds specific to your skater's team.
